The car is a 1992 TT was bought at 43 k miles and curently has 73 on the chasy, but only 2 miles on the NEW ENGINE. I am so happy, i hope the brake in miles go well and i can try boosting. After almost waiting for a whole year for the engine to be put together its finally running. Being a student the extra money that i can spend on the car slowly comes. Anyways, i started on monday with a built block and heads. NOw i had to pull my engine and using my engine put together the new one. Dont get me wrong i had done many swaps and na to tt conversions but it never took me a whole week sometimes working 12 hours a day to put together this beast. First the TDO4 turbo kit had some issues with fitings for the oil lines, then the EGR tube that comes off the exhaust manifold broke off and had to be welded on, bigger oil cooler was installed and i had to work with installing it, due to the lack of original holes i the radiator support for the stock oil cooler. I took Mats advise, who is the Awsome guy from this forum who Had (FInaly LOL) built and put together my engine. Thanks to CrackAway the block was overbored, Weisco pistons were used, the crank was mashined and balanced, all of the rods weighted and grinded a bit, heads checked and cleaned, tested, new valve seals, new lifters, new everything including the timing belt accesories and the oil pump and all the bearings, and seals. Greddy TD04 Kit that i had laying around for past 2 to 3 years finaly was put to use, the downpipes required the N/A Test pipes , so i got 2.5 once installed, plus full stillen CatBack. I always had the UD pulley on my car but never in the combination with JWT lightened flywheel, which works great. *****By the way after taking off my old engine on which i had put 32 k miles since last summer after i bought it, i found that the slipping problem was due to the center force clutch being toste and the JWT flywheel being warped. So now i needed a new insert for the flywheel, so i call JWT and what they tell me is that flywheel was their old design and there i nothing they can do, but to offer me to buy their new design flywheel, very nice and friendly BONCH.******* I ordered the FE South Bend clutch, which is the stage 4 or what not. After i had the flywhel resurfaced i took the clutch and flywheel(upon Mats suggestion, thank you my friend) to crackaway and they Had balanced both together, also will be seeing if that is noticable change or not. New Redline was used in the tranny and i tell you that it feels so much better with it. As for other upgrades, HKS blow off valves, Stillen Intercolers, Stillen(Earls) bigger oil cooler, Greddy TDo4 kit, Greddy boost controller, JWT Flywheel, JWT ECU, Clutch, UD pulley, short shifter, Stillen Boost Gauge, ADJ sway bars, stillen rear strut bar, adj Controll arms in the front, AP Racing BIG Brake Kit(which soon will need new rotors which run at 850 for both, which is insane), ADR Clasic 18's with 275 in the back and 255 in the front, Stillen Body kit(and soon new custom Paint), Tail lights, corner lights, Brembo rotors in the back, hmm that is it pretty much. But after doing all this i am TIRED as a DOG, ahh i forgot, i finally installed AC lines so i might have ac this year he he he. WOuld someone let me know their opinion, IF and only IF i decide to sell this car how much can i get for it, after paint and body work done?
